Micellar water is a skin cleanser and waterproof makeup remover that is made up of “micelles”. Micelles are tiny clusters of molecules that bind to oil to gently lift and remove dirt, stubborn makeup, and other debris while simultaneously hydrating the skin. This formula is made of purified water, moisturizing glycerin, and mild surfactants for cleansing, leaving skin clean without a greasy residue.
